By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information to operate, improve, and secure the TrueLynk Platform. This includes:

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Name, email, phone number, title, and professional information
  • Advisor profile details
  • Relationship strength indicators and metadata
  • Uploaded or submitted contact data (only if you choose to share or validate it)
  • Information exchanged during onboarding or client engagement
  • Invoices, payment details, and tax documentation (as required for payouts)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address
  • Usage activity and Platform interactions
  • Cookies or similar technologies for analytics and performance

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Public data sources
  • Clients and Advisors as part of a match
  • Third-party service providers supporting our operations

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Facilitating warm introductions and matching Advisors with Clients and Enterprises
  • Delivering meetings, strategic advisory services, and platform engagements
  • Evaluating Advisor fit and relationship validation
  • Processing payments, referral rewards, and revenue share
  • Operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Platform
  • Communicating updates, offers, and administrative notices
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal information.

3. RELATIONSHIP DATA AND PRIVACY CONTROL

3.1 Relationship Metadata

TrueLynk may display limited metadata (e.g., organization name + relationship strength rating) solely for internal matching and ranking. Your personal contact information is never displayed without your permission.

3.2 Advisor Visibility Controls

Advisors control whether they appear in:

  • Private Mode (default)
  • Public Mode (visible to eligible Clients)

TrueLynk displays visibility settings only as selected by the Advisor.

3.3 Contact Privacy

Advisor contact information is never shared or revealed unless:

  • You explicitly approve a match, or
  • You choose to participate in a meeting or engagement

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information only as necessary to deliver the Platform:

4.1 With Solution Providers and Enterprises

Only after:

  • Match approval
  • Advisor approval
  • Visibility and contact preferences are respected

4.2 With Service Providers

We may use third-party vendors for:

  • Payment processing
  • Analytics
  • Data hosting
  • CRM and communication tools

Service providers may only use data to support TrueLynk’s operations.

4.3 For Legal or Compliance Reasons

We may disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with law, subpoena, or investigation

We do not disclose personal data for marketing by unrelated third parties.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
